Overview

Located in historic West Chester, Pennsylvania, surrounded by the rich architectural heritage of Chester County, the Brandywine Valley and the Philadelphia area, we are a small, boutique architectural firm dedicated to providing personalized, custom services to our clients. For each and every project, no mater the size, we are committed to the absolute highest level of professionalism in our delivery of services that meet our client’s requirements. By listening carefully to our client’s expressed vision and needs, we produce exciting, cost effective designs.

With special attention paid to appropriate materials and detailing, along with an emphasis on correct proportions and scale, we are comfortable designing in many different styles of architecture. Our projects range in scope from garden structures, small additions, and total house renovations to large custom homes and renovations of historic, residential and commercial structures.

Team

Jeff Beitel, a registered Architect since 1987, has practiced architecture in Chester County for over thirty years. Previously he was a partner in a medium sized firm and now, in his own practice for over fifteen years, specializing in residential and small commercial projects. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.

Brian Thomas, a registered Architect licensed in Pennsylvania, has worked with Jeff for over a decade, and together they have developed a well coordinated team approach to their project delivery. He brings a valuable skill set and level of professional enthusiasm to the firm.
